Yes, and that is the whole point of the design. Every bra has to put the weight of your bust somewhere. A wired bra puts it on a curved wire under the breast. Snug puts it on a frame that goes around your torso instead: smooth molded cups, firm wide side wings, a wide back panel, and a wide flat band under the bust. The lift comes from the structure, not from a wire pressing on your ribs.

What it is not: a sports bra. Snug is not made for running or high-impact training.

No. The cups are molded individually — two cups, two shapes, with a small V-notch cut down at the centre front between them. Each side is held on its own instead of being flattened into one shelf, which is what happens when a wireless bra is just a stretchy band of fabric.

The band is wide — about two fingers tall — flat, and cut in the same firm fabric as the rest of the bra, with no exposed elastic at the hem. Width plus low stretch is what keeps a band lying flat on the ribs instead of curling up on itself when you sit.

Yes. The cup surface is seamless — no lace, no pattern, no stitching across the cup — and the edges are cut flat, so there is no thick ridge to print through a fine knit. In white or chai under a light top it disappears; under a sheer top, match the bra to your skin tone rather than to the shirt.

Take the smaller band and go up one cup size — a 36F and a 34G hold the same cup volume. The fabric has little stretch on purpose, so the band you measure is the band you want. Machine wash cold. For best results use a wash bag. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Line dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

The foam is sewn in, so there is nothing to pull out before a wash and nothing to fold or shift afterwards. The fabric is high-nylon, which is what lets the shape hold wash after wash.
