Refund policy
We want you in the right size, not just in a box. Every order from Snug Bodywear comes with 60 days from the day it is delivered to exchange it or send it back.
Free exchanges
Exchange any item for another size or colour within 60 days of delivery and we cover shipping both ways. There is no exchange fee, and no limit on how many times you swap until the fit is right.
Refunds
Prefer your money back? Return the item within 60 days and we refund the item price to your original payment method, less a $6 return fee which covers the prepaid return label. Original shipping charges, where they were paid, are not refunded.
Store credit
Choose store credit instead of a refund and there is no fee. You receive the full item price as credit to your Snug Bodywear account, and it does not expire.
Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Trying an item on at home is expected; items that have been worn out, laundered, altered or damaged cannot be accepted. Items marked Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for exchange, refund or credit.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email support@snugbodywear.com with your order number, the item, and whether you want an exchange, a refund or store credit.
- We email you a prepaid return label. Repack the item and drop the parcel off.
- Exchanges ship as soon as the parcel is scanned. Refunds and store credit are issued within 5 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse; your bank may take a few more days to post the money.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email support@snugbodywear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund the item in full, with no return fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
