Shipping
We ship across the United States. Here is exactly what to expect.
Delivery time
- US standard shipping: 4–8 business days from the day your order leaves our warehouse.
- Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start counting from the next business day.
Shipping cost
- Free US standard shipping on orders over $80. The discount is applied automatically in the cart — you do not need a code.
- Below $80, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and shown in full before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. You can follow it any time on our Track Order page.
Addresses
Double-check your address at checkout. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we cannot change its destination. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we contact you and either reship it or refund it.
Where your order ships from
Orders are picked and packed at our fulfilment partner's warehouse and shipped domestically inside the United States. For questions about a specific parcel, contact us via the form on our Contact page.
Taxes and duties
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
