Shipping policy

Snug Bodywear ships across the United States.

Processing

Orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

US standard shipping: 4–8 business days from the day the parcel leaves our warehouse, on top of the 1–2 business days of processing.

Shipping cost

Free US standard shipping on orders over $80. It is applied automatically in the cart — no code needed. On orders below $80, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown in full before you pay. Nothing is charged after checkout.

Tracking

You receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. You can follow it any time on our Track Order page.

Addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we cannot change its destination. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we contact you to either reship it or refund it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within the delivery window, email support@snugbodywear.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier and put it right.

Taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
